Why Purchase

This program is built to keep you moving and motivated in the gym. It is recommended that you have access to a facility that has access to;
- Free Weights
-Machines
-Kettlebells
-Cardio pieces

Warm ups are given during the workouts. The exercises have a powerlifting foundation, but can be modified to cater to your movement / comfort and safety.

This is a 3 day / week exercise program with conditioning considerations given in the notes section.
